  • General Ophthalmologist with subspecialty interest in cataract and refractive surgery
  • Graduated from the University of Sydney in 1988 and underwent specialist training in Sydney Eye Hospital including post graduate training as senior professorial registrar in 1998
  • Clinical lecturer in the Department of Ophthalmology at Sydney University, staff specialist at Sydney Eye Hospital and in private practice at Eastwood and Canberra
  • Member of the intraocular implant unit for cataract surgery at Sydney Eye Hospital
  • Member of the American and Australian Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons as well as the American Academy of Ophthalmologists
  • Has recently published a chapter in a book regarding Cataract Surgery techniques
  • Currently involved in clinical trials of the latest Cataract Surgery technology at Sydney Eye Hospital
  • Has been involved since the inception of the Epping Surgery Centre
  • Not only an active surgeon at Epping Surgery Centre, is also a member of the board of directors and is the chairman of the Medical Advisory Committee
