  • Practices general Ophthalmology including Glaucoma, Retinal diseases, and Pterygium Surgery at Chatswood
  • Special Interests is in anterior segment diseases and surgeries especially sub 2.2 mm micro coaxial phaco cataract surgery and the use of premier IOL’s including Multifocal IOL’s and Toric IOL’s
  • Undertook Ophthalmic training in London including residency at Moorfields Eye Hospital, London
  • Obtained the FRCS (London) in Ophthalmology in 1980
  • Obtained fellowship of the Royal Australian College of Ophthalmology in 1994
  • Was in private Practice at Coffs Harbour from mid 1982 – 1999 specialising in Cataract Surgery and general Ophthalmology and is now operating at Ophthalmic Surgery Centre, Chatswood
  • Dr Singh has been actively involved in teaching and transfer of surgical skills in Phacoemulsification small incision Cataract Surgery both in Australia and overseas
  • Has conducted several workshops in Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Phillipines and India
  • Is also involved in a number of symposia and panels on innovative Phaco technologies, instrumentation and IOL technologies
  • Dr Singh is on the Alcon Board of Advisors (ABA)
