Is there a cost to complete and submit the CPD Modules?
No there is not. This is a free service which supports the ongoing commitment to learn and improve one's knowledge and skill for the patient's ultimate benefit.

How do I get my CPD points on successful completion of the CPD Module?
Immediately on successful completion of the CPD Module, you will be notified online. We will then submit your points to the OAA who will accordingly advise you.

What subjects do your modules cover?
We try to choose subjects that cover a wide area of practical Optometry. Usually modules relate to clinical techniques and eye conditions familiar to Optometrists.

Do we have a choice of CPD Modules?
Each month, a new CPD Module will become available online to complete.

How long are these CPD Modules available online?
For a 12 month period. Once you have completed the module successfully, it will be noted as such on your CPD accredited records.

What mark do I need to successfully pass the module and receive my CPD points?
The mark you need to successfully pass a module and receive your CPD points for that module is a minimum of 66%. If you do not pass the module, unfortunately you can not re-sit the test.
